We reduce construction waste at three levels;

1. Surplus building material (which previously couldn't be cost-effectively redistributed) is collected and re-supplied back to construction sites.
2. We repurpose material offcuts in creative ways, allowing material that would otherwise be thrown away, to be supplied back to site in its highest value form.
3. We provide detailed reporting on all the material which is recovered. This allows our customers to understand their waste, and stop it happening in the first place.

Waste Not provides construction waste management for residential new-builds in metropolitan Adelaide. We can service the full duration of construction (site start to handover), or just the initial stages (footing, framing, roofing). 

1. Waste Not maximises re-use of waste materials. Materials are kept in their highest value form, rather than low value recycling. This improves our customers' environmental credentials, which is critical, and highly marketable.
2. Our material recovery reporting allows our customers to fully understand their waste and surplus materials. Customers improve the accuracy of their estimating, reduce waste, and reduce construction costs. 
3. Our waste management setup on site takes up far less space than skip bins, allowing improved access for tradespeople and material deliveries. The inherent risk of illegal dumping into skip bins is also eliminated.

Yes. Waste Not returns some recovered building materials directly back to suppliers, implementing this in an organised, documented way, with the supplier's needs prioritised. Material returns strengthen builder relationships, and support ESG and sustainability objectives.
